By default, we will print your wizard’s mug on both sides. You can choose to put in the mug’s back a name, phrase, or both (as in the pictures). And if you want to do so, please provide us with as much information as possible in the personalized text box; we will take care of the rest. It’s your personalized mug, so you get to design your DIY mug as you wish!
We will send you a preview of your custom mug within 24 hours. After that, you have 48 hours to confirm the preview. If we don’t hear back from you, we will print out your mug as in the preview without an option of changes. NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
