By default, we will print your I have a hero mug on both sides. You choose if a baby girl or baby boy will accompany him, and also the design color! You can choose to put in the back a name, phrase, or both (as in the pictures). And if you want to do so, please provide us as much information as possible in the personalized text box; we will take care of the rest. It’s your personalized mug, so you get to design your mug for dad as you wish!
If you choose to personalize your Father’s Day mug, we will send to your e-mail a preview within 24 hours. After that, you have 48 hours to confirm the preview. If we don’t hear back from you, we will print out your mug as in the preview without an option of changes. NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

We will ship your mug in a custom-made cardboard package wrapped in bubble plastic to ensure it arrives in perfect conditions to you. It will take us 5-7 business days to make and send out your personalized mug. After that, the USA’s shipping time is around 3-8 business days, and to other places in the world, it depends but is typically about 8-14 business days. We do not warranty the timing for international packages because it can vary.
