The floral letter Alphabet Mug is a customized mug where you can choose any of the 4 A’s letter designs. By default, we will print your mug on both sides. You can choose to put in the back a name, phrase, or both. You can also add the name at the bottom or top of the letter A if you want. It’s your personalized mug, so you get to design it as you wish! Please help us by providing us as much information as possible in the personalized text box. We will take care of the rest!
We will send to your e-mail a preview, and as soon as you confirm to us you like it, we will print out your custom mug. Important note: when we print out the mug, colors may vary a little bit.

After that, the USA’s shipping time is around 3-8 business days, and to other places of the world, it depends but is typically about 8-14 business days. We do not warranty the timing for international packages because it can vary.
