We will print your couples mug on both sides, and you can choose to put in the back a name, phrase, or both. You can also add the name at the bottom of the design if you want! Please help us by providing us as much information as possible in the personalized text box, and we will take care of the rest. It’s your personalized mug, so you get to design it as you wish!

We will send to your e-mail a preview of your mug gift, and as soon as you confirm to us you like it, we will print out your mug. Important note: when we print out the mug, colors may vary a little bit.
Your custom mug is 100% microwave and dishwasher safe. We offer two high-quality mug capacities, 11oz or 15oz. We manage the one of 11oz with the option of different inside and handle colors. The one of 15oz capacity we only have it in color white.
Our customized mugs have a premium hard coat providing vibrant and crisp color reproduction, making them longible and excellent for all hot & cold beverages. The sublimation does not peel or fade because we create them using vivid and long-term sublimation.

We will ship your gift in a custom made cardboard package wrapped in bubble plastic to ensure it arrives in perfect conditions to you. It will take us 7-10 business days to create and send out your personalized mug. After that, the USA’s shipping time is around 3-8 business days, and to other places of the world, it depends but is typically about 8-14 business days. We do not warranty the timing for international packages because it can vary.
