If you choose to personalize your Valentine’s Day mug gift, we will send you a preview of your custom mug within 24 hours. After that, you have 48 hours to confirm the preview. If we don’t hear back from you, we will print out your mug as in the preview without an option of changes. NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
